Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between Andrei Ivanciu, operating as Skeevo("Skeevo," "we," "us," or "our") and the person or entity accessing or using the Skeevo website, application, or software-as-a-service platform (the "Service") ("you" or "your").

Skeevo is operated as a sole proprietorship in Canada.

By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, purchasing a subscription, or accessing or using the Service after being presented with these Terms, you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

1. The Service

Skeevo is an AI-assisted business research, opportunity-discovery, and drafting platform.

Depending on your subscription and the features available at the time you use the Service, Skeevo may allow you to:

submit a business or product website for analysis;
analyze publicly accessible website content associated with a URL you provide;
generate a profile of a business, product, service, target audience, keywords, topics, and related information;
identify potentially relevant publicly accessible online discussions;
identify potentially relevant Reddit discussions;
generate search queries used to discover potentially relevant discussions;
rank or filter discussions according to relevance and other signals;
cache and reuse completed analyses of previously submitted websites;
generate summaries and marketing suggestions;
generate draft Reddit comments or replies;
save and organize potential opportunities and generated drafts;
track campaign activity and usage; and
review, edit, regenerate, cancel, or otherwise manage generated content.

In practice, when you submit a website URL, Skeevo crawls the publicly accessible homepage of that URL, analyzes its content with AI, generates search queries from that analysis, searches for publicly accessible discussions (currently including Reddit), and filters and scores candidate discussions by recency (currently excluding posts older than 10 days), embedding-based relevance to your business, and an AI verification of whether the author is personally involved in the topic. The highest-quality candidates are queued for your review as potential leads. Completed analyses are cached by a content fingerprint of the crawled page and reused when the same website content is submitted again, and candidate queues for a website are cleared when a new scan is run for that website.

Skeevo is an AI-assisted research and drafting tool. It does not guarantee that an identified discussion represents a genuine sales opportunity, that a person is interested in your business, that a discussion will result in a customer, or that any generated content will produce sales, leads, traffic, conversions, revenue, or other business results.

Human review

Skeevo-generated content is intended to assist you.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving generated content before publishing, sending, or otherwise using it.

Unless Skeevo expressly states otherwise for a particular feature, Skeevo does not automatically publish Reddit comments or replies on your behalf. You remain responsible for deciding whether, where, when, and how generated content is used.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.

By using Skeevo, you represent that you satisfy these requirements.

If you use Skeevo on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" includes that entity.

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration

You may create an account using authentication methods supported by Skeevo, which may include Google authentication, email authentication, or passwordless or magic-link authentication.

You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably current and to keep your account information updated when necessary.

3.2 Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account.

You must notify Skeevo promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account and subscription limits

Unless your subscription expressly permits multiple users or seats, an account is intended for use by the individual or organization that created it.

We may restrict or terminate accounts that are used in a manner inconsistent with the applicable subscription or usage limits.

4. Your Content

"Your Content" means information and material that you submit to, store in, or intentionally create within Skeevo, including:

website URLs;
business descriptions;
product or service information;
target audience information;
keywords;
marketing objectives;
prompts and instructions;
campaign settings;
saved opportunity or lead information;
generated drafts saved to your account; and
other information you intentionally provide to the Service.

You retain ownership of Your Content, subject to rights belonging to third parties.

You grant Skeevo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Your Content as reasonably necessary to:

provide the Service;
operate and maintain the Service;
analyze information you submit;
generate requested outputs;
secure the Service;
troubleshoot and improve reliability;
prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
comply with applicable law; and
perform activities described in our Privacy Policy.

Skeevo does not acquire ownership of Your Content merely because you submit it to the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights, permissions, and authorizations necessary for Skeevo to process Your Content as described in these Terms.

You must not submit information that you are prohibited from sharing with Skeevo or that would cause Skeevo to violate applicable law.

5. Website Crawling and Analysis

Skeevo may retrieve and analyze publicly accessible content from website URLs that you provide.

Crawling is limited to the publicly accessible homepage of the URL you submit. Skeevo may check the website's robots.txt file, follow redirects, and extract readable content while removing navigation, advertising, banners, scripts, and other non-content elements.

You represent that:

you own or are authorized to submit and analyze the website or content;
your use of the website-analysis functionality is lawful;
you will not intentionally submit URLs designed to access private, restricted, internal, or unauthorized systems;
you will not use Skeevo to circumvent authentication, access controls, paywalls, or other security measures; and
you will comply with applicable laws and the rights of website operators and content owners.

Skeevo may refuse to crawl, analyze, or process a URL for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons.

Skeevo uses technical safeguards designed to reduce risks associated with malicious URLs, unauthorized internal-network access, server-side request forgery, and similar attacks, including URL validation and normalization, DNS resolution checks, and network requests pinned to verified addresses.

Skeevo may reuse a previously completed analysis of the same website content instead of re-crawling, based on an automated content fingerprint.

Website content may change, become unavailable, be incomplete, or be incorrectly interpreted by automated systems.

Skeevo does not guarantee that website crawling or analysis will be complete, current, accurate, or uninterrupted.

6. Reddit and Publicly Accessible Online Content

Skeevo may discover and process publicly accessible online discussions, including publicly accessible Reddit posts, comments, subreddit information, URLs, timestamps, usernames, and related information that appears publicly available.

Skeevo may use search, indexing, retrieval, and other permitted technical mechanisms to identify potentially relevant discussions. These mechanisms may include submitting search queries to third-party search and indexing services, where those queries may incorporate terms and phrases associated with information you provide.

Skeevo may process publicly accessible discussion content to:

identify potentially relevant conversations;
match discussions against business or product information;
assess relevance and potential intent;
summarize discussions;
rank potential opportunities; and
generate draft responses for Skeevo users to review.

Automated filtering and scoring are used to select discussions, including a recency check (posts older than 10 days are excluded), removal of posts already reviewed in earlier scans, checks for deleted or removed content, announcement-style posts, and self-referential brand terms, embedding-based similarity scoring between discussions and your business information, and an AI verification step that assesses whether the author is personally involved in the topic. Skeevo limits the number of discussions retained for your review, and previously queued discussions for the same website are cleared when a new scan is run.

If no relevant discussions are identified, Skeevo may refresh its analysis of the website and repeat the discovery process automatically.

Skeevo does not require you to provide your Reddit password.

Your use of Reddit remains subject to Reddit's applicable terms, policies, rules, and restrictions.

Skeevo does not represent that any generated response will comply with every rule, guideline, moderation practice, or community norm applicable to a particular subreddit or other online community.

You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content and for your activity on Reddit or another third-party platform.

Skeevo may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue Reddit-related functionality if the availability, accessibility, technical requirements, policies, legal environment, or commercial conditions of relevant third-party services change.

7. AI-Generated Content

Skeevo uses open-weight AI models hosted on Skeevo-controlled infrastructure (currently a Gemma-family large language model and a nomic-embed-text embedding model) to analyze submitted information, generate search queries, identify potentially relevant discussions, summarize information, classify or score opportunities, and generate draft content.

AI-generated content may include:

website analyses;
business or product summaries;
keyword and topic suggestions;
pain-point analysis;
relevance assessments;
lead or opportunity classifications;
marketing suggestions;
Reddit comment drafts;
Reddit reply drafts; and
other generated text or recommendations.

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, inappropriate, or contextually incorrect information.

You acknowledge that:

generated content may contain factual errors;
generated content may misunderstand sarcasm, context, intent, or community norms;
generated content may rely on incomplete or outdated source material;
generated content may make assumptions unsupported by the source material;
similar or substantially similar outputs may be generated for different users;
generated content is not guaranteed to be unique or original;
Skeevo does not guarantee that generated content is suitable for publication; and
you are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before using it.

Skeevo does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice through its AI features.

You should not rely solely on AI-generated information when making decisions requiring professional judgment.

8. Acceptable Use

You may use Skeevo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

violate applicable law or regulation;
violate the terms, policies, or community rules of Reddit or another third-party platform;
use Skeevo for spam, harassment, fraud, deception, or abusive outreach;
impersonate another person or organization;
falsely represent your affiliation with a person, business, product, or service;
manipulate votes, engagement metrics, rankings, or community activity;
artificially manufacture engagement or otherwise manipulate online communities;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to Skeevo or another person's account;
interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
bypass usage limits, subscription restrictions, authentication mechanisms, or security controls;
use automated methods to access the Service except through functionality expressly provided by Skeevo;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
scrape, copy, reproduce, or systematically extract the Service or its underlying data for another service;
resell, sublicense, lease, or provide unauthorized third-party access to the Service;
upload malicious code or content;
use the Service to attempt to access private systems, internal networks, or unauthorized resources;
use Skeevo to generate or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or abusive content;
use Skeevo to evade bans, rate limits, access restrictions, or other technical restrictions imposed by third parties;
use Skeevo to engage in deceptive marketing or fraudulent representations; or
use the Service in a manner that could reasonably harm Skeevo, its infrastructure, third-party services, or other users.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or comply with law.

9. Subscriptions and Fees

9.1 Paid subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscription prices, billing periods, usage limits, included features, and other applicable terms are displayed before purchase and may change over time.

9.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription.

Skeevo does not intentionally store your full payment-card number.

Payment information is handled according to the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy practices.

9.3 Automatic renewal

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal using the available billing controls or by contacting Skeevo.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

9.4 Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and Skeevo does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.

Skeevo may, at its discretion, provide a refund or credit in appropriate circumstances, including where a material technical failure caused by Skeevo substantially prevents use of the core paid Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

9.5 Taxes

You are responsible for applicable taxes associated with your purchase, except taxes imposed directly on Skeevo's income.

10. Changes to the Service

Skeevo is continuously developing.

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, usage limits, AI models, data sources, search functionality, or other parts of the Service.

We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, security, infrastructure changes, emergencies, or other operational reasons.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature, integration, data source, AI model, or functionality will remain available indefinitely.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including providers of:

authentication;
payment processing;
email delivery;
hosting and infrastructure;
search or information-retrieval services;
security and network services; and
third-party platforms or data sources.

Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Skeevo is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services that Skeevo does not control.

If a third-party service becomes unavailable or changes its requirements, Skeevo may modify or discontinue affected functionality.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, systems, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Skeevo and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, you receive no ownership rights in the Service.

"Skeevo" and related branding may not be used without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of Your Content as described in Section 4.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI-generated drafts produced for your account for your own lawful business purposes.

Because AI systems can generate similar outputs for different users, Skeevo does not grant you exclusive rights in generated text solely because Skeevo generated it for you.

Third-party content, including Reddit content, remains subject to the rights of its respective owners and applicable third-party terms.

13. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other feedback about Skeevo, you grant Skeevo permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that Skeevo does not disclose your confidential information in doing so.

14. Confidentiality

If you provide non-public business information to Skeevo, we will use reasonable measures designed to protect that information against unauthorized disclosure.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

provide the Service;
use authorized service providers;
comply with law or legal process;
prevent fraud or security incidents;
protect the rights, property, or safety of Skeevo, users, or others; or
enforce these Terms.

This section does not create an obligation to maintain confidentiality for information that is already public, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.

15. Privacy

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms part of the agreement governing your use of the Service.

16. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

you materially violate these Terms;
you engage in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
your use creates a security or operational risk;
you fail to pay amounts owed;
continued provision of the Service would violate applicable law;
a required third-party service becomes unavailable or prohibits relevant functionality; or
we discontinue the Service.

Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a violation before termination. We may act immediately where necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends.

We may retain certain information after termination where reasonably necessary for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, backup, dispute-resolution, or other purposes permitted by applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, and dispute provisions, will survive termination.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

SKEEVO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

We do not guarantee that:

the Service will always be available;
the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
website or online discussion information will be complete, current, or accurate;
AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate;
identified opportunities will become customers;
generated content will produce revenue, conversions, or other business results;
third-party platforms or data sources will remain available;
third-party services will remain available; or
the Service will satisfy every particular business requirement.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKEEVO AND ANDREI IVANCIU WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKEEVO'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

the total fees you paid to Skeevo during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
CAD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skeevo and Andrei Ivanciu from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or relating to:

your violation of these Terms;
your misuse of the Service;
Your Content;
your violation of another person's rights;
your violation of applicable law;
your use or publication of AI-generated content; or
your activity on Reddit or another third-party platform.

We may assume exclusive control of the defense of a claim subject to indemnification, and you agree to reasonably cooperate with that defense.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to mandatory rights or jurisdictional rules that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our Service, practices, technology, or legal obligations change.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method.

The "Last Updated" date indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Electronic Communications

You agree that Skeevo may communicate with you electronically regarding your account, subscriptions, security, service changes, legal notices, and other matters related to your use of the Service.

Electronic communications satisfy applicable legal requirements for communications to be provided in writing to the extent permitted by law.

23. General Terms

Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Skeevo regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject matter.

Severability

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

No Agency

These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and Skeevo.

Force Majeure

Skeevo will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages, internet failures, infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party providers.
