Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
Last Updated: August 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between Andrei Ivanciu, operating as Skeevo("Skeevo," "we," "us," or "our") and the person or entity accessing or using the Service ("you" or "your").
Skeevo is operated as a sole proprietorship in Canada.
By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, purchasing a subscription, or accessing or using the Service after being presented with these Terms, you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. The Service
Skeevo is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses discover potentially relevant discussions on Reddit and prepare AI-assisted marketing responses.
Depending on your subscription and the features available to you, Skeevo may allow you to:
- submit and analyze a business website;
- crawl publicly accessible website content that you are authorized to analyze;
- analyze your business, products, services, target audiences, keywords, and related information;
- identify potentially relevant public Reddit discussions;
- rank or filter discussions based on relevance and other signals;
- generate draft Reddit comments, replies, summaries, and marketing suggestions;
- organize potential opportunities and generated content;
- track campaign activity, generated actions, and usage limits; and
- review, modify, and use generated content outside the Service.
Skeevo is an AI-assisted research and drafting tool. It does not guarantee that a person identified as a potential lead is interested in your products or services, that a discussion will result in a customer, or that any generated content will produce sales, conversions, traffic, or revenue.
Human review
Skeevo-generated content is intended to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing, sending, or otherwise using it.
Unless we expressly state otherwise for a particular feature, Skeevo does not automatically publish Reddit comments or replies on your behalf. You remain responsible for deciding whether, where, when, and how to publish or use generated content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent that you satisfy these requirements.
If you are using Skeevo on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" includes that entity.
3. Accounts
3.1 Registration
You may create an account using supported authentication methods, which may include Google authentication, email authentication, or passwordless/magic-link authentication.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information reasonably up to date.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to your account.
3.3 One person or organization per account
Unless your subscription explicitly permits multiple users or seats, an account is intended for use by the individual or organization that created it.
We may restrict or terminate accounts that are used in a manner inconsistent with the applicable subscription.
4. Your Content
"Your Content" means information and material that you submit to or create within Skeevo, including:
- website URLs;
- business descriptions;
- product or service information;
- target audience information;
- keywords;
- prompts and instructions;
- campaign settings;
- saved lead information;
- generated drafts saved to your account; and
- other information you intentionally provide to the Service.
You retain ownership of Your Content.
You grant Skeevo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Your Content as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service;
- prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents;
- comply with applicable law; and
- perform other activities described in our Privacy Policy.
We will not use Your Content to train external commercial AI models.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authorizations necessary for us to process Your Content as described in these Terms.
You must not submit information that you are prohibited from sharing with Skeevo or that would cause Skeevo to violate applicable law.
5. Website Crawling and Analysis
Skeevo may retrieve and analyze publicly accessible content from website URLs that you provide.
You represent that:
- you own or are authorized to analyze the website or content you submit;
- your use of the website-analysis feature is lawful;
- you will not intentionally provide URLs designed to access private, restricted, or unauthorized systems; and
- you will not use Skeevo to circumvent authentication, access controls, or other security measures.
Skeevo may refuse to crawl, analyze, or process a URL for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons.
Skeevo may use technical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized internal-network access, malicious URLs, server-side request forgery, and similar security risks.
Website content may change, become unavailable, or be incorrectly interpreted by automated systems. Skeevo does not guarantee that website analysis is complete or accurate.
6. Reddit and Third-Party Platform Use
Skeevo may use Reddit's APIs, developer services, or other permitted mechanisms to retrieve publicly available Reddit content and identify potentially relevant discussions.
Skeevo's access to Reddit data is subject to applicable Reddit terms, developer requirements, API restrictions, technical limitations, and other applicable third-party rules.
Skeevo may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue Reddit-related functionality if Reddit changes its APIs, policies, permissions, pricing, technical requirements, or availability, or if continued access is not commercially or legally feasible.
Your Reddit activity
Your use of Reddit remains subject to Reddit's own terms, policies, community rules, and applicable law.
You are solely responsible for any Reddit account activity, comments, messages, posts, or other actions that you independently perform.
Skeevo does not guarantee that any generated comment or suggested response complies with the rules of a particular subreddit or with Reddit's policies.
You must independently review generated content before posting it.
You must not use Skeevo to:
- evade Reddit restrictions or bans;
- circumvent rate limits or technical restrictions;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- manipulate voting, engagement, or community metrics;
- conduct deceptive or fraudulent activity;
- harass users;
- distribute spam; or
- otherwise violate Reddit's applicable rules.
Skeevo does not sell or provide you with ownership of Reddit's underlying platform, trademarks, or intellectual property.
7. AI-Generated Content
Skeevo uses artificial intelligence models hosted and operated on Skeevo-controlled or Skeevo-authorized infrastructure.
AI-generated content may include:
- website analyses;
- summaries;
- lead classifications;
- suggested marketing angles;
- Reddit comment drafts;
- Reddit reply drafts; and
- other recommendations or generated text.
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, inappropriate, or contextually incorrect information.
You acknowledge that:
- generated content may contain factual errors;
- generated content may misunderstand sarcasm, context, or community norms;
- generated content may make assumptions that are not supported by the source material;
- similar or substantially similar outputs may be generated for different users;
- generated content is not guaranteed to be unique or original;
- Skeevo does not guarantee that generated content is suitable for publication; and
- you are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before using it.
Skeevo does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice through its AI features.
You should not rely solely on AI-generated information when making decisions that require professional judgment.
8. Acceptable Use
You may use Skeevo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- violate applicable law or regulation;
- violate Reddit's terms, policies, or community rules;
- use Skeevo for spam, harassment, fraud, deception, or abusive outreach;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- falsely represent your affiliation with any business, product, or service;
- manipulate engagement metrics or artificially influence online communities;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to Skeevo or another user's account;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- bypass usage limits, subscription restrictions, authentication mechanisms, or security controls;
- use automated methods to access the Service except through functionality expressly provided by Skeevo;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- scrape, copy, reproduce, or systematically extract the Service or its underlying data for another service;
- resell, sublicense, lease, or provide unauthorized third-party access to the Service;
- upload malicious code or content;
- use the Service to attempt to access private systems, internal networks, or unauthorized resources;
- use Skeevo to generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, or abusive content; or
- use the Service in a manner that could reasonably harm Skeevo, its infrastructure, third-party services, or other users.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or comply with law.
9. Subscriptions and Fees
9.1 Paid subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Subscription prices, billing periods, usage limits, and included features are displayed before purchase and may be updated from time to time.
9.2 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription.
Skeevo does not store your full payment-card number.
9.3 Automatic renewal
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal through the available billing controls or by contacting us.
Cancellation prevents future renewal but normally does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
9.4 Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
We may, at our discretion, provide a refund or credit where a material technical failure caused by Skeevo substantially prevents use of the core paid Service.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
9.5 Taxes
You are responsible for applicable taxes associated with your purchase, except taxes imposed on Skeevo's net income.
10. Changes to the Service
Skeevo is continuously developing.
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, usage limits, AI models, data sources, or other parts of the Service.
We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, security, infrastructure changes, emergencies, or other operational reasons.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature, integration, data source, or functionality will remain available indefinitely.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers, payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, AI-related infrastructure, and Reddit services.
Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Skeevo is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services that Skeevo does not control.
If a third-party service becomes unavailable or changes its requirements, Skeevo may modify or discontinue the affected functionality.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, systems, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Skeevo and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, you receive no ownership rights in the Service.
"Skeevo" and related branding may not be used without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of Your Content as described in Section 4.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI-generated drafts produced for your account for your own business purposes.
Because AI systems can generate similar outputs for different users, Skeevo does not grant you exclusive rights in generated text solely because Skeevo generated it for you.
13. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other feedback about Skeevo, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not disclose your confidential information in doing so.
14. Confidentiality
If you provide non-public business information to Skeevo, we will use reasonable measures to protect that information from unauthorized disclosure.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- use authorized service providers;
- comply with law or legal process;
- prevent fraud or security incidents;
- protect the rights or safety of Skeevo, users, or others; or
- enforce these Terms.
This section does not create an obligation to maintain confidentiality for information that is already public, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
15. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall terms governing your use of the Service.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- you materially violate these Terms;
- you engage in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
- your use creates a security or operational risk;
- you fail to pay amounts owed;
- continued provision of the Service would violate applicable law;
- a required third-party service becomes unavailable or prohibits our use; or
- we discontinue the Service.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a violation before termination, but we may act immediately where necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends.
We may retain certain information after termination where reasonably necessary for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, backup, or legitimate business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, and dispute provisions—will survive termination.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
SKEEVO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
We do not guarantee that:
- the Service will always be available;
- the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- website or Reddit information will be complete or accurate;
- AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate;
- identified leads will become customers;
- generated content will produce revenue or conversions;
- Reddit functionality will remain available;
- third-party services will remain available; or
- the Service will satisfy every particular business requirement.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKEEVO AND ANDREI IVANCIU WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKEEVO'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO SKEEVO DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
- CAD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
19. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skeevo and Andrei Ivanciu from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or relating to:
- your violation of these Terms;
- your misuse of the Service;
- Your Content;
- your violation of another person's rights;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your use or publication of AI-generated content; or
- your activity on Reddit or another third-party platform.
We may assume exclusive control of the defense of a claim subject to indemnification, and you agree to reasonably cooperate with that defense.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional rules that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. Electronic Communications
You agree that Skeevo may communicate with you electronically regarding your account, subscriptions, security, service changes, and other matters related to your use of the Service.
Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be provided in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. General Terms
Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Skeevo regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject matter.
Severability
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
No Agency
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and Skeevo.
Force Majeure
Skeevo will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages, internet failures, infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party providers.
